Here's a sneak peak at our Gelato Donut Sandwich offerings for this Friday! Remember only 100 are available and the event runs from 7-9 pm! The menu for this event is as follows:

Dairy Free and Gluten-Free French Macarons

This weekend we had a special request to make some French Macarons that were dairy free, and gluten free. As you may know, french macarons are traditionally gluten free.  We were able to substitute additional ingredients to fulfill this family's dietary needs. After all, everyone should be able to enjoy dessert!

We have Vegan Chocolate Gelato! You would never even know this was vegan if we didn't tell you. This chocolate is just as rich as our traditional gelato, but it's made with soy in place of milk.

Our Bourbon Bacon Gelato made the list on Impulcity's recent article "The 11 Most Beautiful Bacon Dishes in Cincinnati!" We love collaborating with other local businesses, and we are practically neighbors with the Wurst Bar! New flavor alert: Watermelon Mint Gelato - Squeezing the most out of Summer!

We are trying to squeeze as much as we can out of Summer here at Buona Terra. Fresh summer watermelons won't be available much longer, so we created a new flavor: watermelon mint. Both the watermelon and mint were locally grown! This juicy watermelon came from Dan the Watermelon Man in Camp Springs, Ky. The mint was grown in Mt. Lookout right up the street from our shop. We love using local ingredients and supporting local farmers. We hope you enjoy this refreshing new flavor!
