Garden Fresh Pesto Crepe - Brunch In Mount Lookout/Hyde Park : Buona Terra

Saturday morning brunch anyone? Meet one of our staff favorites, The Pesto. The Pesto is a savory crepe, made with a homemade buckwheat batter. This crepe is stuffed with turkey grilled right before your eyes, fontina cheese, fresh tomatoes, and a house made basil pesto sauce.

We make our Basil Pesto sauce using locally sourced basil, usually from our owner Matt's garden! Our pesto sauce is made with basil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil imported from Italy, Parmesan, Garlic Cloves, and Maldon Sea Salt Flakes harvested on England's South Coast.
