Sweet Potato Pie just in time for Thanksgiving!


If you've been to our shop before, you might have noticed that we enjoy making unique gelato flavors that test the boundaries of sweet and savory crossovers. This is just one example of our pursuit to make interesting frozen desserts. We roasted sweet potatoes with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, sugar in the raw, and pecan pieces and then topped with roasted marshmallows.
